Please don't let price alone be the single most important factor in your descision to work with us. Research what you're buying. Retaining the services of a guide is like shopping for a lawyer or doctor. It's always sound practice to interview to find someone you like and trust. Qualifications and experience are of equal importance. To be sure that the guide you will be entrusting your life to is qualified, ask if they are exam certified by the American Mountain Guides Association for the terrain (rock, alpine, ski mountaineering) they are guiding you on. At the very least, ask if they've taken the higher level training courses appropriate to the terrain you'll be climbing. The only legitimate guide certification in the US is based on field exams held by the AMGA. When you require the services of a doctor you go to someone who has been trained, examined and certified. Why not ask that your guide, upon whose judgement your safety rests, be examined as well?
*Prices listed are per client per day. Groups consisting of 4 or more people are priced based on whether you need one or two guides.
